Following the course of Captain Bligh’s 1789 epic survival voyage, SAS: Who Dares Wins chief instructor Ant Middleton leads a crew of ordinary men in a dangerous recreation of this event. Yes of course the risk and safety was taken care of by us! who else has the experience. The multi-challenge brief was unlike anything we’ve undertaken in the past with the support vessel staying well back from the small boat so as not to break the ‘bubble’ of drama unfolding on a daily basis. The risks included drowning, injury, exposure, trench rot, wounds, infection, sharks and much more that we shouldn’t list for fear of a spoiler alert!
