The VSquared team has been involved with production of the Tour de France since 1986 when commissioned to make daily highlights programmes for Channel 4 Television.
With its iconic Pete Shelley title music, the Tour stayed with the channel until 2001 when it moved to ITV, where it has been ever since.
Production has moved from highlights only to live coverage every day.
VSquared have been at the forefront of innovation, both technical and creative, working with the ITV interactive team to supply podcasts, exclusive web content and mobile phone streaming to sit alongside the broadcast programmes.
