March sees our first Hostile Environment and Trauma Training (HETT) course of 2013. We are continuing to offer places on the course at a heavily discounted rate for all freelancers.
With so many freelance journalists putting their lives at risk to document the reality on the frontline of a war or disaster, and in the many communities affected, there is a real need to have access to the highest quality safety training at affordable rates. Hostile Environment and Trauma Training (HETT) is essential for all those working in areas that are potentially hazardous whether through conflict, civil unrest, natural disasters or the remoteness of the location.
This course is for freelancers from all areas of current affairs, documentary film-making, photojournalism and news gathering - our goal is to make such training accessible to those who need it most, at a price they can afford.
Our courses normally retail for £2,100 + vat, per person, but we are currently providing places for freelancers on our HETT courses at a specially discounted rate of just £750 per person including vat.
